My students will see improved hand-eye coordinations and reaction time, right, left brain activation/ bilateral coordination, exercise for the body and energizer for the brain. This activity will help with focus, concentration and will be able to help them get their MVPA minutes. ( Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity 135 minutes per week). Studies have linked Speed stacking with linked improve academic performance. Speed Stacking is a recognized sport by the AAU and Junior Olympics. Speed stacking is a fitness based sport that appeals to kids from all backgrounds and abilities. Speed Stacking is great for promoting fitness achievement and inclusiveness.
