Flexible seating will allow my students comfort as they work at project-based learning stations. The students in my inclusive classroom are very diverse in their learning styles. They are truly movers and shakers! Many teachers frown upon their students moving around in their seats while working! Not in our class! These stools will allow my students to sit in a relaxed atmosphere while writing during Writer's Workshop and independent reading. Students don't have to feel they must remain in chairs that feel too large or too small. Flexible seating will allow my students the freedom to be themselves within their learning environment.
