Our littlest 21st Century learners, PreK - 2nd grade, need to embrace their natural curiosity about how things work. With these robots, they will experience programming first hand as their bees follow their directions and complete a route. Students will improve their skills in directional language and programming through a series of sequences. Bee-Bots are a fun way of developing problem solving, planning and sequential thinking in a spatial environment. They take the complexity out of learning to code and embrace the ISTE standards of empowering learners, constructing knowledge, increasing computational thinking, supporting creative communication and strengthening collaboration. Most of all robots are a fun, easy way of preparing students of various abilities for the future.
