These classroom books will inspire students to love reading. The characters in these stories are realistic and relatable. Topics are current events, sports, and science fictions. The students have requested these titles and would otherwise not be able to read such high interest texts. When students are requesting texts, there’s nothing I’d love more than to give them their requests. Please help put high quality, high interest books in the hands of students that want them. I can’t wait to share their excitement when adding these texts to our reading selections and books to read to meet content standards. Students will most definitely make meaning of their learning using texts that keep them interesting and wanting more. Thank you.
