The students in my classroom need toys in order to learn essential social skills they will need for a lifetime. Kids are growing up in a world surrounded by technology and need to be taught how to play and interact with kids their ages. I can teach kids how to share, take turns, and work together by having them build with blocks or Legos, having them put on a puppet show, or by having them take turns on the highway carpet! These toys will be used for STEM activities as well to get students problem solving! We can use the magnetic blocks to find things around the classroom that are magnetic. We can use the blocks and Legos to see who can build the highest tower or strongest tower. Students can use the toys to be inventive and to use their imaginations to learn!
