My class consists of 4-5 years old students with special needs. Every child I teach has unique functional abilities and learns at a different pace and style. In recent years, I noticed an increasing number of students with emotional and behavioral challenges. I want my students to have access to books and sensory materials that help them manage their emotions and behaviors, calm down when they are stressed, and learn coping strategies to decrease the emotional outbursts that affect their learning and development. The materials will increase learning time and opportunities in a stress-free environment.
