As students grow older, they are continuously learning about skills they will need after school, but not necessarily always having the opportunity to practice those skills. Having the technology in the math classroom, students will not only be able to stay engaged with their lessons, classroom management, and regular academics but they will also learn skills such as internet etiquette, software usage, various solutions to a problem, basic computer skills, and so much more. These tablets will also be used to help reduce paper waste. Students will be able to complete assignments and submit them without the worry of loosing the paper. It will also cut down on copy requirements for myself. Some techology is already used the the classroom when I am able to o gain it. When we use the technology, my students continue to grasp concepts easier, are more interested in the activities, and test scores have increased.
