The concept of simple machines can become more interesting with the right materials. These machine activity kits will motivate the students to participate and engage as they are introduced to the six types of simple machines in gaining high level insights into tools that have been used since ancient times and are still in use today. The students learn how such devices help engineers improve our society and how important they are to our world today. Engineers use these devices on a daily basis and provide them with added tools for solving everyday challenges when building houses, bridges, skyscrapers and countless other structures. Your donation will help my students become interested in what engineering is all about and possibly plan for a future in engineering. They will be able to use what they learn to accomplish some amazing feats to solve real world challenges!
