The books and seating options that are in this project will help my students stay focused and engaged while reading. They are on all different levels and need support while reading. Creating a reading environment will give them the encouragement needed to excel in reading. Since my student are ELL’s, they tend to struggle with not only staying focused but reading comprehension as well. I added different level books so a wide variety of students will benefit from the reading project. The flexible seating aspect will help students choose their comfort zone that will ultimately help them stay focused and raise their reading level. This reading project will help my students succeed in their ultimate goal of being better readers. They will be able to understand what they are reading and in the end they will enjoy reading.
