My 2nd grade students, attend a gifted and talented school in a large urban city . More than 80% of the students receive free or reduced lunch. My students are highly motivated, creative, and love to collaborate with one another on classwork and projects. They are also open-minded and enjoy the incorporation of technology in the classroom. Many of them possess abilities other than academic greatness in areas such as, performing arts, music and/or athleticism. They are appreciative of each other, and strive to be the best students they can be.
