Students are expected to sit in their seat for about 350 minutes (what seems like forever) and attend to lessons presented. I don't know about you but I cannot sit for more than an hour in a chair without getting wiggly and restless. Thus, how can I expect my students to do the same? Fortunately, there is a simple solution, FLEXIBLE SEATING! Flexible seating enables students to choose their seat of choice that enables them to sit for prolonged periods of time while being able to exert their "wiggles out". The Stay-N-Play Children's balance ball, the winsome wood saddle counter stools, and the latex Stretch Foot Bands Bouncy Chair Fidget Bands will give my students a range of seating options that will enable them to focus while accommodating for their energy levels. Additionally, I've added items that are quintessential in every classroom to function such as handy file box with organizer top, Elmer's All-Purpose Washable Glue Sticks, One-Touch Desktop Stapler, Staples Magnetic Bulldog Clips, and Construction Paper. These items will enable me and my students to start the school year in a positive light that will propel them to academic success!
