My students come from diverse backgrounds. School is a place where they are able to see adults who care about their education and future. My students see school as a gateway to a meaningful and successful career/life. I want to be able to provide them with hands on activities so that they can be more knowledgeable of basic math concepts. Understanding the importance of these skills shows them that they are able to have a bright future and will be able to move on to high school and be able to go to college.

About my class
