It is with great sadness that I am writing this to you. My school has removed yet another computer from our classroom. I am down to two desktops and share a computer cart with (5) 4th grade teachers. I am seeking donations for 6 iPad minis with durable cases to utilize the internet to participate in research projects, web based math and ELA lessons. This allows for more availability of technology, and further learning with smaller groups to focus on differentiation. The use of the iPads and technology are also better preparing our students for the technology based world that they will grow up in. Again, thank you for considering my project. I look forward to seeing my students’ faces light up when they see iPads in a learning center this year.
