My classroom desperately needs a bookshelf! Over the past 5 years of teaching, I have worked to purchase many, many books for my classroom. I LOVE reading and I enjoy teaching my students to love reading, also. As it is, I have more books than I have space for in my classroom, so a lot of them have to sit in stacks on the floor or in cabinets unseen. Students have trouble finding the books they want to read because there is no way to organize the stacks. With a bookshelf in my classroom, we will be able to properly care for the books and be able to give them a proper “home.” I want my classroom library to be inviting, not overwhelming and sad. Please help us!
