Traditional seating in a classroom doesn't suit all students. Sitting still is not all it's cracked up to be. When students feel comfortable and have the freedom to move, they are motivated to be active learners. Movement fuels our brains! The requested stability balls, wobble cushions, and under the desk pedals will allow my students the movement they crave without having them roam around the room disrupting others. Students need to understand that we all learn differently. It's okay to be a wiggle worm sometimes and these alternative seating options will fire up their kinesthetic brains. Please help us wiggle our way to wisdom!

About my class
