I would love to be able to provide my students with tablets that they can use on a daily basis to research, write stories, learn phonics and phonemic awareness, and monitor themselves which teaches them to be independent and self-aware. They would benefit from access to virtual programs that can be tailored to meet their individual needs while providing data on their learning progress. These tools will help them become more confident and prideful of their own work as the programs they will be using acknowledge areas of different needs and accomplishments. This will help these kiddos in their own future, be accountable and celebrate their successes! These will also help me, as the teacher, monitor their successes and struggles. Students will have their own personal goals and assessments, depending on the learning outcome. This also will help me plan for their continued success throughout the year as they will have their own individual profiles :) I want to continue to make learning FUN and engaging and these kids deserve the best!! Help me give them the best!!! Kindergarten is the foundation of education, and I want to make the best of it for my little family. <3
