Students will be able to collaborate to complete puzzle challenges. These challenges require collaboration, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, and perseverance; all skills essential for 21st century learners. These highly engaging kits will also give students the opportunity to create their own breakout challenges using higher level thinking to demonstrate their understandings of topics. These kits will provide my students with an opportunity for a hands on way to creatively show what they have learned, but also allow them to utilize many higher level thinking skills to put all the steps of the clues together to complete the puzzles. Teams of students will work together to solve the puzzles fostering a variety of important 21st century skills.
