My classroom is a large open space with floor tiles. It can become overstimulating at times when it gets loud. The floor is cold and hard making it not so welcoming. These rugs would create an inviting atmosphere. My classroom library has hard cold tiles and is not really inviting. My students need a comfortable quiet area to sit and work during class time or to sit, lay down, and get cozy to read a book. In Kindergarten the majority of our large group instruction happens on the floor. We need a comfortable carpet to sit on during whole group instruction times.
