I am requesting a light table for my students to explore with! Currently my building doesn't have a light table which means my students do not have the opportunity use color and light to explore with while learning. This light table and translucent manipulatives will provide a fun and engaging way to learn through play! The materials can be used to teach sorting, patterning, matching, letters, numbers, and even spelling! Children are naturally drawn to light tables and spend great amounts of time playing with them. These materials will allow for me to provide literacy, math, and science skills while I have their attention.
