Millions of STEM-related jobs are going unfilled this year. Students who can develop an interest in coding at a young age will be rewarded immensely if they can keep the interest levels up as they continue with their education. The more exposure they are given, the more likely it will continue to be something of interest throughout their formative years and beyond. In addition, kids who learn to code enhance skills in problem-solving, creativity, collaboration, and communication as they go through the coding curriculum. IPads are needed for the students to be able to practice their coding skills. The portability of mini iPads allow students to actively use the technology the iPad minis provode along with their newly learned knowledge of each coding skill as they collaborate with their team of other young coders who are also using the same technology.
