These gym machines will be a great help to our students who are very inexperienced in weight lighting. It will help to have some one-on-one experience without having to fight with other instructional classes for the equipment that is shared with many other students. It will give them the time and space to work on their physique and strengthen their muscles to improve their Army JROTC Physical Fitness exam scores. This will allow them to advance within the program and possibly earn the Physical Fitness Badge to display on their uniforms, which always build confidence, pride and leadership.

About my class
