My kids will use this rug during whole group instruction, read aloud time, and small group floor work. Having a special rug always seems to make an activity more exciting and definitely more comfortable! Having my kids gathered around me for a lesson, story, or share time improves their focus and my effectiveness! I strive to make my room warm and welcoming for my students and a rug helps with that feeling. I will be adding a rocking chair, lamps, and other supplies from my own personal budget, but would greatly appreciate some help with this big purchase. Thank you!
