Kindergarten students need visual examples many times throughout the day. A mobile easel will allow me to work my students whole group. It will allow me to show my class big books, do shared writing, and allow movement around the class for smaller instruction. While students are working on tasks, having buddy spots set around the room will allow them to have movement and collaboration with different peers daily. They can use them to read with a buddy, write with a buddy, or just have a fun conversation with a friend! The key is to get them comfortable to experiment and try new applied lessons on their own or with a buddy. The more you practice, the better you get!
