If this project is funded, I will be able to set up 5 lab stations that will help my students better understand DNA. They will have the opportunity to construct the model while working cooperative with others. Learning about how DNA works can sometimes be confusing to students. This kit will help them understand how DNA can be read and used to make new cells. These kits will help transform my classroom into an environment where students will want to come and learn. They will be so engaged in the process of constructing and modeling that the idea of “learning/working will never cross their minds.
