These items will assist in the success of guided reading, which is their small group interactive time that will happen on a daily basis. The items in the list will help ensure that this vital part of their day will be effective, fun, and engaging for all students. The stools will be used for "teacher-time" with the small groups. They are needed because the chairs are too big to fit everyone around the table. The timer will assist with a smooth transition from station to station. The storage drawers will be used for all of the station materials, i.e. game boards and pieces, activities, dry erase boards and markers, etc.
