Basic supplies such as paper, scissors, and dry erase markers will be used every day in the classroom along with other materials I have already purchased (such as glue, tape, pencils, crayons, markers, etc). Dry erase markers are needed to go with my mini dry erase boards so that students can show their learning, practice math problems, practice writing, and much more. The flip chart and markers will also benefit my students, so that we can have a space where we can work on learning activities together, brainstorm, work through math problems, and more. The labels, index cards, and rings will be used for our sight words, so that each child has a sight word ring that can be practiced everyday. Since I am a Learning Support teacher, I will be doing both pull-in (students come to my classroom) and push-in (I travel to their general ed. classroom) sessions. A portable cart is helpful for both myself and my students to access the materials I need to take with me back and forth to multiple locations. Clorox wipes will help keep the classroom and materials clean, so that we do our best to stay healthy throughout the school year!
