These donated books would be highly cherished. Many of my students lack the resources to have Spanish children’s books here in my home state of Arkansas. My students struggle with literacy as they acquire a second language. It is challenging to find books and materials that represent my whole class. I want my students to be reading indecently with confidence and joy: We work hard to fill the gaps and will continue to do so. The families I serve would be so blessed to have more ways to connect with their child and their school. I want to help make them feel more at home as they watch their child flourish in this foreign land.

About my class
