My students often find learning a chore. I would like for them to look forward to coming to school, not just for a breakfast and lunch provided to them, but also to have fun and engage in learning. If they can unplug and interact with through laughter and play, literacy and cooperation can go hand in hand. The Magnetic Fishing Poles, Connect 4 , Reading Comprehension Games Library, are literacy games that I am requesting will give my students opportunities for positive play and literacy development. I would like to give them a chance to see that they can come not just to get their basic needs for food met, but also the need for human interaction will enrich their time at school. Let's make learning literacy fun and school a kind place to be.
