My classroom is a very diverse classroom. My students need a variety of ways to learn math. This is why I believe that using geometry kits will engage my students in learning. Geometry kits will allow my students to explore different lines, shapes, and angles to make the information more meaningful to them. They will then use the supplies to help them design a tent and apply their knowledge to real life skills. My school's emphasis is on teaching STEM. We believe that it is important to educate and prepare these young students to be able to compete in the 21st Century. Having math materials in the classroom will make mathematics more meaningful for the students. Your donation will make a great contribution to the lives of so many young underprivileged students. By bringing geometry kits into the classroom, students will have the opportunity to explore and learn in different ways. I will be able to teach and engage many students. These geometry kits will help aid in creating critical thinkers and innovative leaders. I believe that it is important to educate and prepare these young students for the future.
