Being able to provide my students with more graphing calculators will open their world to all the amazing things they can do with math and technology. I currently have 8 graphing calculators, including my personal one from my high school days. When I bring them out, my students go crazy for them. Seeing the wonder in my students's eyes as they discover how to graph multiple lines without paper is so powerful! I see students come alive and engage in the math because they have this magical calculator. Students that struggled with math are now motivated and math savvy students are excited to figure out what else they might be able to make it do. I would love to be able to provide enough calculators for my students to be able to work in collaborative pairs rather than groups of 4+ so each student could have access to the technology.
