This project will help create a calm, relaxing space in my classroom. The light filters will be used on the lights on the ceiling. Currently the lights are too bright and it signals too much energy in some of my students. Also to help with lighting and to continue giving a relaxing environment, the lamp will help give it that tone. My essential oil diffuser will help regulate a lot of my students' emotions. Some of my students have a hard time regulating their emotions, hence how vital social emotioal learning is in all students and all ages. All these items will help my students be able to learn social/emotional, academic, and career skills!
