My middle school students are in need of a laptop and printer this school year. These items were chosen so that the students could implement and use technology in the classroom on a daily basis. Having these resources will also help them to make the connections outside of the classroom and begin to see and understand how math is used everyday life. I want my students to know that with dedication, hard-work, and determination, you can be successful and flourish. Having a classroom computer and printer will provide my students with the skills and practice of integrating technology into math. They will then be able to display their work by having a printer, as evidence of the mathematical skills being applied by using technology. Since technology is now a daily part of life, it is of the upmost importance that my students know how to use it effectively.
