I am a first year teacher in an amazing expeditionary charter school in Colorado. My students are enthusiastic and hard working, and deserve the best education that I can offer them. Funds, as always, are short, and I want to provide amazing things for them. I am looking for some basic science supplies, such as safety tweezers, magnifying glasses, and flashlights to create a fun and engaging environment. We also need a beautiful rug so that we can have a comfortable shared learning space. I have provided what I can to make my classroom a place where students are inspired to learn and grow, but all of my personal funds have gone toward classroom basics, and building an amazing library to inspire avid readers. Now, I would love to create a similarly engaging shared space, and science lab capability to round out our community, and would appreciate any help.
