Kindergarten is a child's first step into their journey as a lifelong learner. Having a set of Kindle Fires would provide my kiddos with the opportunity to incorporate technology into their learning in a fun and engaging way. We could enhance our print rich classroom and allow ourselves the chance to explore and engage in a way that may not have been possible outside our classroom walls. We could use the Kindle Fires to play phonics games, listen to stories, as well as engage in critical thinking games. Having this technology could support our efforts in closing the opportunity gap for our kiddos and provide the brightest future possible for all.
