I have an EXCELLENT music room! There is a large space for plenty of movement and separation for stations. However, the floor in the room is tile. I would be thrilled to have this rug for my students. Having a rug will provide a comfortable area for students to sit anytime we have reading, floor time, or movement. I adore the design of this rug for many reasons. The colors and pictures would help bring my music classroom to life! Also, we do a lot of movement in music that include circle formations, and with this rug being round, it will give the students guidelines for staying within the circle during these types of activities. The students will also have specific, individual placements when we have carpet time. I am blessed to be able to have every student in the school come to my room every week. Therefore, every student will be able to benefit from this being a lovely addition to the music room!
