This flexible seating will allow my students to take charge of their learning and make choices that work best for them. During independent work times they are allowed to choose the location in the classroom that works best for them! They love the few choices they have and must take turns each week in order for everyone to have the opportunity. This will add to our selection and allow more students to utilize these options more often. They are much more engaged in their learning and productive when completing their work than when they are just sitting at their desks. My students are noticeably more engaged in their work and less disruptive to their peers when they are given the choice of where to work! The products that I have selected will help my students by giving them more options to make effective learning choices. Requesting seats include Flex-Space Comfy Floor Seats, Wobble Chairs, and folding breakfast trays. These different seats will allow my students to work comfortably and safely in many locations in my classroom. The breakfast trays will allow students to work in a variety of ways as well. Students can use them on the floor or by placing them on tables and stand while they work without the backache!
