Learning made fun and memorable!! Students who have low cognitive skills have shown to excel when given hands on learning materials! There are several researched based articles discussing the benefits of hand eye coordination and its direct relationship to improved brain function. This project focus on these products. When students learn through a hands-on approach they are accessing a multitude of modalities! In my classroom students are working on a variety of functional skills. One major aspect of my classroom and a skills we work on often is fine motor concerns. By incorporating hands-on learning strategies and a variety of manipulates students are able to master an academic concept while also improving their fine motor skills. Please consider donating to this project! My student come from a title I school and funds are extremely limited so we rely on donations for most of our supplies.
