My goal this year is to make my classroom as accessible and student-friendly as possible. Not all students are the same, and very few of them learn by sitting in a chair all day. These various seating options will encourage them to be engaged in whole group, small group and individual learning. Kinesthetic learners that need to move around will have the opportunity with the chair bands and wobble chairs, while staying on task and not distracting their peers. Students that need regular reading motivation will enjoy the reward of using the bean bag chairs in the personalized classroom library.
