In our classroom, we are in need of highly engaging and meaningful reading resources. My students thirst for knowledge and genuine hunger for learning is what keeps me coming to work each day! I love seeing their eyes light up and the light bulb go off when they finally understand a concept or vocabulary term. My students demonstrate the ability to be great thinkers and learners and I want to provide them with the best possible resources to achieve their goal. Being able to make text to world or self connections are powerful! My students want to expand their thinking, so after hours of research I found StoryWorks Magazine and I was hooked! Students will receive 6 issues a year focusing on various genres, vocabulary and differentiation strategies!
