The number one necessity in our classroom is a drying rack for our artwork! In my class the students will learn responsibility, so it will be their responsibility to put their artwork up to dry. These students haven't had the opportunity to travel, but through learning art history, we will "travel" to every country the artist was from! I want my students to know about the world through art and we will create artworks inspired by world-famous artists, as well as locals. Supplies like construction paper, brushes, and watercolor cakes allow us to paint like Van Gogh and print like Rembrandt. We will explore collage making, print making, painting, drawing, weaving and hopefully more! With your donations an entire school will have the opportunity to express themselves and learn through art.
