The automatic incubator will make learning fun in the classroom. We will be able to see the chicks hatching and learn about the peeking sounds they make when they are ready to hatch. This incubator will give the children a chance to see the chicks hatch out live. Two years ago when we did the chick unit we had to share 2 incubators between 4 teachers. I had to line my students up and take them over to another teachers classroom to view their incubator. Although the teacher was really nice about letting us come take a look at them I knew it’s was hard on her classes because it interrupted them.
