The students in my classroom are like most students everywhere. My students like to learn, yet they are unique individuals with special needs using their unique styles and strengths to engage in learn ing tasks.. They do not make excuses, but choose to trust that life will be a journey not a destination. Yes, my students are inquisitive indeed although they struggle to read. Their brains are still developing, and they are growing in knowledge with daily stimulation when given the right learning materials. With magazines and technology that will capture their attention and imagination, they could spread their wings and soar. With books to inspire and to open their understanding, I am seeking to guide them in developing literacy skills to help them throughout life's journey everyday. They are given numerous opportunities to succeed. Your giving will provide them with even more. Together we can!
