These materials will be used during small groups independently, with a partner, or with the teacher. These premade activities will increase student engagement by allowing them to play games that will help them master the skills that they are missing. They will also allow the students to work on social skills while working on the skills that they need. Many of my students are missing some very important academic and social skills due to the back and forth of distance learning and in person learning over the last 2 years. My students enjoy learning more when the activities are colorful and in the form of a game! They really enjoy nonfiction texts and learning new facts about all different topics. I love seeing them work together and help one another gain skills, during small groups.
