Teaching students genetics is a huge challenge every year. Helping them to understand how Punnet squares are setup through the movement of chromosomes in meiosis makes the content easier to digest. As an accelerated campus we are ALWAYS in review mode, being able to offer students a game based challenge that appeals to their competitiveness would be awesome. We have been using buzzers with different sounds in class, but the doppler effect unfortunately makes the games less fair as I can't be hostess and see who buzzed first. While I am able to purchase more buzzers the district unfortunately rejects the lock out type due to their expense. The buzzers will be a collaborative tool for our entire science department. Please consider making science more satiable for students.
