My students need a class subscription for Scholastic News Magazine. This magazine connects current events to the third grade curriculum in a kid-friendly and appropriate format. This subscription will enhance my students' learning experience by giving them an engaging resource to get students excited about reading non-fiction texts. By making learning relevant and utilizing an engaging resource, my goal is that my students' comprehension skills will improve. Each issue of Scholastic news comes with teaching tools that support our ELA, science, and social studies curriculum. I know my students will love receiving their issues in the mail!
