A classroom library with “Just Right” books for a students reading level can help students increase their reading fluency, comprehension & desire to be strong, independent readers. When students have a variety of books that peak their interest, they become stronger proficient readers. We try to develop stamina in reading and having a book that a student enjoys enhances their stamina. A classroom library would be used all year long. Many books can be used as mentor texts to enrich reading and writing. By donating to this project of new books, you will be helping young learners develop a lifelong love of reading.
