Hello everyone! As with all children my students are active! This rug will allow for my students to have something to sit on while we are having whole group and small group learning! Their eager brains and bodies love to move around and explore, this rug will accommodate us in to be able to move and around and make learning fun and interactive! I love the idea of the students being able to move around and not have to sit in their chairs all day! We will use the rug to get our wiggles out and to accommodate learning in different ways! The students are able to interact one on one with one another while working together on the carpet for different lessons including Reading and Math! Interaction is vital in the early years this allows for students to develop ways of healthy communication that will carry them through out their life time! This rug will allow for so many learning interactive opportunities for all students!
