During my first year of teaching, I quickly realized just how much students like and need to move when they are learning. Flexible seating is something new that I want to incorporate into my classroom in order to provide students with more opportunities for them to learn in a way that is best for them. Students are more motivated to learn when they can choose how and where they learn. Having these Wobble Stools and Wobble Cushions will allow them the opportunity to sit in different areas of the classroom to learn. During independent work time, students like to work in different areas of the classroom and the Wobble Cushions will give them the ability to sit anywhere comfortably. My students are more engaged when they can choose where they complete their work. They love sitting on the floor and the Wobble Cushions will provide more comfort for them. The Wobble Stools I have selected will help my students who enjoy wiggling and rocking in their seats. The Wobble Cushions will act as an alternative seat in other locations throughout the classroom so if students need a break from their desk seat, they can move to another place in the room.
