Research has shown the benefits of flexible seating in the classroom, and I am eager to give it a try. With flexible work spaces students can choose to work on the floor on a wobble seat, standing or sitting while moving on a stability ball or wobble chair. Choice, physical health, comfort and a sense of community are part of the benefits of flexible seating. As high tech companies have discovered, flexible seating promotes productivity. Not to mention that five year olds can concentrate better while they move! I need Wobble cushions, wobble chairs, and stability balls to make my classroom vision a reality! The total project would cost $777.07. Many schools in more affluent areas have already moved to flexible seating and I want my kids to have the same advantages as others. Thank-you for helping make this dream come true!
