In a class discussion, my students was interested in why science has changed so much in the classroom with much empahasis on STEM projects. I was in shocked when I heard that some of my students wanted to be doctor, nurse, even use the word paleontologist as a career. I somehow wanted to bring the world to them however, I know it would be almost impossible for us to visit, every single career they wish to be. So, I being to think what can I do as a teacher to get them close to them. CLASS STEM PROJECTS!!!!! The Stem Project kits will help my students understand what it takes to being successful in their careers. The first and foremost is to give all students a chance to explore the different ways science is intergrated across the curriculum, which helps them to understand what is needed in order to be successful at their career path. My students will not only be learning the curriculum but also getting a first hands-on experience on how science help with everyday life for their future. The kits will be an additional supplement and resource for the students higher learning goal.
